Over two weeks, we review your go-to-market approach, pipeline, CRM, and sales rhythm to identify where opportunity lies and what to tackle first. The output is a clear, prioritised action plan showing the 3-5 improvements that will deliver the greatest short-term and long-term impact.

The Audit has a fixed-fee of £3,000, and provides a fast, low-risk way to gain clarity and direction before committing to a wider programme of change.

Many clients then move on to a Sales System Reset - again a fixed fee project - where we work alongside you and your team for 1-2 days each week to embed the changes identified in the Audit. This phase focuses on optimising your CRM and pipeline, improving cadence and visibility, and building habits that make sales performance repeatable and predictable.

With three months, most teams see measurable improvements in conversion, forecasting accuracy, and overall commercial performance.
