    We have extensive first-hand experience of recruiting effective Sales and Business Development professionals at all levels. It is not just that such professionals can be hard to find - they can also be difficult to recognise. We are probably asked for advice on Sales recruitment, remuneration, and targeting more than any other topic.

    Struggling Sales organisations invariably have poorly implemented CRM’s - and fixing this is often an easy win. It is all too easy to focus on the total value of your Sales pipeline of opportunities, and too little on what deals can be closed soonest. In our view, the second-best answer in Sales is “no”. It enables you to move on. It requires you to seek out new opportunities. It makes you productive. When we mentor salespeople on behalf of our clients, a lot of the focus is on working together to properly qualify their Sales pipelines.
