This leading technology consultancy was ambitious to proactively grow its client base into new sectors and applications - and to improve the productivity of its busy Sales team. Through optimising the CRM we were able to better identity what was working well, where business was being lost, and what needed to be improved. We oversaw the introduction of quarterly KPI’s designed to improve productivity, and then worked collaboratively with the individual Sales Managers to make sure that they were met.
